1. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the full session payment.

• Rescheduling is available once per booking and requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the full session payment.

• No-shows will forfeit the full session payment.

3. No Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Once a session has been delivered, no refund will be issued regardless of outcome or satisfaction. By booking, you acknowledge that you are paying for the practitioner's time, knowledge, and the delivery of the session itself.

• In exceptional circumstances, a credit may be issued at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

• Kinesiology is a complementary health modality and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.
