By booking a kinesiology session with Soul Philosophy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will incur a $48 cancellation fee.

• No-shows will forfeit the full session payment.

3. No Refund Policy

• Payments for sessions are non-refundable.

• In extreme circumstances, a refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of the practitioner.

4. Disclaimer

• Kinesiology is a complementary health modality and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

6. Respect and Conduct

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
